Mark Decker serves as Executive Vice President of Product Management and Client Success at Curantis Solutions. With more than two decades of leadership in healthcare technology, he specializes in SaaS innovation, product strategy, and elevating the client experience across the hospice, home health, and home care markets.

Before joining Curantis, Mark was Vice President of Product Management at AxisCare, where he built the company’s first product management organization, launched AI-driven capabilities, and contributed to significant revenue growth. He has also held senior leadership roles at Brightree (merged with MatrixCare), CareAnyware, and Carecenta, where he led product modernization and client success programs focused on improving operational efficiency, staff satisfaction, and patient outcomes.
At Curantis, Mark oversees both the product roadmap and the client success organization to ensure that every feature, workflow, and service is built around delivering measurable value for our customers. His approach centers on listening closely to hospice and palliative care providers and translating their real-world challenges into solutions that simplify work, reduce burden, and support high-quality, compassionate care.
