
Kevin Roberts
Kevin Roberts is a senior finance executive with more than 30 years of experience in corporate and operational finance, mergers & acquisitions and private equity investment.
Kevin leads and advises high-growth enterprises as they execute audacious value creation strategies by playing key roles in capital formation, the enablement of agile and effective finance and operational decision-making, as well as the articulation and execution of M&A growth strategies. He is also an experienced leader of high-performing finance and accounting teams. During his career, Kevin has served numerous companies in a CFO or CFO-advisory role, and as a principal or an advisor, Kevin has led or participated in teams that have closed over 40 investment or M&A transactions representing aggregate enterprise value of nearly $1 billion.
Kevin is also Managing Director of Fidelitas Advisory Partners, a boutique corporate finance, CFO services and M&A strategy and execution advisory firm that serves a client base focused on early-stage to established middle-market companies, their owners and investors and family offices. Previously, Kevin was a principal in a number of private investment firms focused on growth equity and middle-market buyout investing, such as Hunt Capital Group, Trinity Hunt Partners, Cotton Creek Capital and Strait Lane Capital Partners. Kevin started his career in investment banking, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, first with a predecessor of Bank of America and then with Merrill Lynch & Co.
Kevin has served on the board of directors of a number of commercial and philanthropic organizations such as Graco Holdings, Inc., Tri-State Alarm, LLC, Waste Partners Environmental, Inc., Metro Collegiate Ministries International, Inc. and The Root Cause, Inc.
Kevin holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BBA in Finance and Economics with Honors from Oklahoma State University.
Kevin and his wife, Jamie, reside in Dallas, Texas with their son, William, and daughter Ana.
